Forever Attainable Living

is something every person on earth deserves.

Each of us has a fundamental right to food,

shelter, medical care, and education.

Would a legacy of dignity for all satisfy your soul?

An Enduring Legacy

We are building a multi-million dollar regenerative development fund for attainable living. Your contribution is used to continually build permanently attainable, eco-positive, apartments, homes, and commercial spaces.

Our projects include food forests and vertical gardens. We include space for health care and on-site education. Childcare for residents and eldercare so we can age in place.

We build with climate-friendly fiber building materials. For example, Hawaii farmers can grow three hemp crops/year sequestering 30 tons of CO2 per acre farmed. Including these materials in our homes stores that CO2 away permanently and provides a healthy living space.

Our 3D printing partners are rapidly improving their technology, working with us to build stronger, lower cost homes, faster than ever before.

The funds you provide are continuously regenerated. A portion of every rental payment and product sale goes into our building fund enabling us to build more global neighborhoods in perpetuity.

Legacy communities.

Collaboration

We love collaboration! As a DBA of Good of the Whole, Inc (nonprofit EIN: 83-1033918) we collaborate with several additional organizations. One is Permanently Affordable Living - Kauai (www.PAL-Kauai.org). PAL has added our founder, Glenn Head, to its Board of Directors. They are an affordable housing developer with a nonprofit construction company. We have 13 occupied apartments acquired in 2022 and 42 homes to build in 2023. Already in 2024 we have 17 units in design. We will 3D print these homes when the printer is available and the cost estimates are feasible.

We invite you to join us in exploring how best to create the legacy communities we need now.

We welcome your support!

Below are disruptive strategies to traditional construction. With our nonprofit, regenerative development company we can build stronger, more sustainable homes for less cost, faster than traditional building methods. Renting these homes at below market rates leaves more dollars in the pockets of our ‘Ohana. That is good.

How about you?
